Who is responsible
BitKirin is registered in Bulgaria and is responsible for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at support@bitkirin.com.
Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, business email, company name and any project requirements you choose to provide. We also receive the form context, page URL and submission time. Our hosting provider receives technical request data needed to deliver the website. Your language choice is stored in your browser's local storage.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss the products or services you asked about, and manage the resulting business conversation. The legal bases are steps requested before a potential contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Sending a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers and transfers
Formspree processes form submissions to deliver notifications without archiving new submissions in its dashboard. Our Lark mailbox receives and stores those notifications and replies. Vercel hosts this website. These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for information about the transfer safeguards applicable to your information. We do not sell your enquiry details.
How long we keep it
We keep form enquiry emails for one month after submission and then delete them. If you later become a customer, records created under that relationship are handled under the relevant agreement and notice.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, or object to processing. Contact us using the address below. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or the supervisory authority where you live or work.

We may update this policy when our website practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
